Other Online Business Managers tell us we're crazy for "giving away our secrets". We think that's rubbish - when our clients want to know how to do something, showing them only helps build a stronger working relationship and shows them they can trust us with their business.
And if our working relationship ever comes to an end as they sometimes naturally do, we'll make sure to hand over everything in pristine condition, with easy-to-follow instructions on how to take care of, and continue to grow, their business tech. We'll also make sure they know the door is always open if they ever need help figuring out something we set up for them.
